Hans Peter Frick
Former Group General Counsel of Nestlé S.A.

Hans Peter Frick served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Nestlé from 1992 to 2011, and in 2009 was named General Counsel of the Year by the Association of Corporate Counsel. Hans Peter has served on numerous public boards, and is currently serves on the board of SynDermix AG and is a member of the Executive Committee of HEAD law school in Paris.

Aric Press currently serves as a partner at PP&C, a high-end consultancy advising law firms on strategy and client relations. Prior to that, Aric was Editor-in-Chief of American Lawyer Magazine (from 1998 to 2010), and Senior Vice President and Editor-in-Chief of American Lawyer Media (from 2010 to 2014).

Kirkland Hicks served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Lincoln Financial from 2015 to 2018. Prior to this he served as general counsel of Towers Watson. In 2014, Kirkland was named one of the 100 most influential corporate counsel in the United States by the Legal 500 and one of the most influential black lawyers in the U.S. by Savoy Magazine.

Steve Cook served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of PulteGroup, one of the largest home builders in the U.S., until March 2017. Steve joined PulteGroup in February 2006, after nearly 10 years with Sears, where he was Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and acting General Counsel.
