Britt joined AdvanceLaw in 2018. She provides support on myriad projects, including managing performance and spend data to help clients make informed selection decisions for individual complex matters and portfolios of legal work. Britt also helps lead AdvanceLaw’s Diversity Mentorship Program and supports the development of law firm panels for key clients, including providing RFP analysis, negotiating law firm rates, and creating panel materials to be used by in-house teams for selecting new law firm partners.
Prior to joining AdvanceLaw, Britt worked in commercial real estate advisory for seven years at McCall & Almy in Boston and West, Lane & Schlager in Washington, DC. She has experience in marketing, client engagement, RFP development and analysis, project management, negotiations, and general consulting services. Britt holds a B.S. in business with a duel concentration in global business management and marketing from Babson College in Babson Park, Massachusetts.
